Hazley Battle Coins, made of English pewter metal, imported from the United Kingdom. This was inspired by the idea of emperors of the past leaving behind coins they have visited, battled, etc.. On the heads side is a portrait of Charles Hazley, a legendary city-councilman of Kansas City in the 1970s that played a substantial role in the development of black communities in the urban Kansas City area. On the tails side is a custom Hazley family crest.
